Speed Interviews
As part of the FMP Job Expo, we invite you to take part in our Speed Interview Session, running from 2.00 - 3.00pm.

This fast-paced session offers 5-minute interview intervals across the hour, giving you the opportunity to meet and engage with multiple candidates for your current or upcoming vacancies.
​​
The session is designed for short, focused interviews so you can ask the key questions you need to know, collect resumes directly from candidates, and then follow up afterwards through your own internal recruitment process.
​
This is an opportunity not to be missed — a highly efficient way to meet a large number of motivated jobseekers in a short period of time and identify those best suited to your workforce needs.

The Speed Interview Session will be facilitated by the Local Jobs Program team to ensure a smooth and streamlined process on the day. To date, Local Jobs Speed Interview sessions have connected 292 candidates with employers – resulting in 64 roles filled and counting!
